Online Payment now available for curling at Perth thanks to Live Actives online booking system

You can now avoid the Queues at 5.55pm and run in the door to get changed by paying online.   All games that are booked in for the coming week will be available to be paid for online using your LiveActive account.

How can I book my curling sheets online?

If you go to https://bookings.liveactive.co.uk/connect/ this will take you onto the login page for booking your Live Active Leisure Activities online.

Do I need a subscription to Live Active Card to book online?

 No, you can still pay online if you have a live active account without subscription, however you won't receive your discount and the price will be £13

What information do I need to allow me access to the online page?

You will need an up to date email address that is on your Live Active Card account and your 4 digit pin number.

What if I don’t know whether my account has an updated email address?

If you are unsure then you can contact Dewars Centre reception on 01738 454700 and we can check the email address we have and update the account if necessary. 

Alternatively, you can email us (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) your details (first name, surname, date of birth, post code and email address you want to use) and we will update your account for you.

A third option would be to come into the centre in person and we will check your details on our system.

I know my email address is on my account but I don’t know my 4 digit Pin number, how can I get this?

The easiest way is to go to the online booking login page and click the 'Forgotten your Pin' link.  This will take you to a form that will ask you to input your email address and to then click the request pin button.  This will send an email that will provide you with the information you need to login.

What if I don’t have a Live Active Card account?

On the online booking login page there is another link at the bottom of the page that will allow you to sign up for an account.  Complete the join at home page and an account will be generated.  The next time you are visiting a Live Active Leisure facility they will be able to provide you with a Live Active Card.

Is there a cost for the Live Active Card?

Yes, the cost for a card for a year's subscription is £13 but this will entitle you to a discount for each curling session you play in from £13 without a card to £11.50 with a card.  This card needs to be renewed each year.

Can I renew my Live Active Card online?

Yes, If you go to the join at home page http://www.liveactive.co.uk/pay-and-play and click on the icon at the bottom that says Get Your Live Active Card Online and click Yes, I have a member id and pin.  You can click the Forgotten your ID or Pin links if you need to get an email sent to you to receive this information.  Remember – we require an up to date email address on your account in order to send you this information.

Do I get a new card each year?

No, please hold onto your Live Active Card. It’s the annual subscription that gets updated. £13 for an adult. Free for Concession, junior and seniors.

How do I see what sessions that I am scheduled to play in for a particular week?

Once you are logged in you will be able to filter the information that is specific to you.  You can choose Dewars Centre as your preferred option and the date that you are scheduled to play on.  You will see a list of various games that will be scheduled for that day.  Each session will have the day, time, specific league /club games and the teams playing against each other in the description.  You select the game you are playing in and add it to your basket.   If you are playing multiple games you can add all the games for that week then pay fo rthem all at once.
